Can't upload my prototypes: error 1021

I know it's a known issue, but I've tried all the solutions I could find in the forums on Adobe.com, to no avail.

XD won't let me publish my prototypes, which I really would like, so I can share them with my clients and developers.

As far as I can tell there are no issues with my Adobe.com-account.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Thanx,

Ronald

Also no. I work from home, and I have my own wifi-network setup. No firewall there. I've checked with my internet provider if they have some sort of security settings active, but that's also not the case.

Okay, maybe try this:

1. Close XD and all other Adobe applications

2. Sign out and then quit the Creative Cloud desktop application

3. Open the Activity Monitor (Applications -> Utilities -> Activity Monitor on Mac) or the Task Manager (Windows)

4. Force quit the following processes (to force quit, select the process from the list and click the force quit button):

  • Adobe Desktop Service

  • Core Sync

  • Creative Cloud

5. Navigate to the OOBE folder:

  • Mac: Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

  • Win: \Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

6. You will see a file named opm.db in the OOBE folder. Rename that file to opm_old.db

7. Launch the Creative Cloud Desktop application and sign in with your Adobe account

8. Launch Adobe XD and attempt to share

Have you tried the steps here? https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html If so, have you been able to share a single blank artboard?

Hi Elaine,

Yes, I've tried the steps on that page. Unfortunately that didn't solve the problem.

I just tried sharing a single blank artboard, and got the same result: Error 1021.

Any chance you might have a firewall active?
