Can't use XD - Error 5719

I am getting the XD error 'Please close and relaunch XD, then try opening your document again. (Error 5719). This happens when I launch XD, I am not yet even trying to open a document.

I was having this erroor intermittently for a while, and completely uninstalled adobe creative cloud and XD, then reinstalled both. It worked for a few days but now the error is back.

This is shocking, I really need XD to work.
I already spent a lot of time trying to solve this uninstalling all my Adpbe products and it's back, this is very difficult to deal with, I have work that needs doing

Sign out of windows and sign back in, this fixes it for some reason (despite restarting the PC not fixing it, strange). All the convoluted "fixes" from Adobe don't work half the time.

Thank you! I can confirm this was the only thing that worked for me today.

This issue continues to persist. I launched XD today  and recieved the same error again.

I cannot uninstall XD, all other Adobe programs I use, Creative Cloud, and then reinstall all the same every few days. It is absolutely not sustainable. Is there anyone from Adobe I can contact for help or is there an update coming out to resolve this?

I have uninstalled XD and CC, reinstalled, and again this issue is happening.

I'm furious about this ongoing issue. Is it possible to get any support from an actual Adobe employee?

I'm getting the same issue. I just updated to the latest update on Friday and it worked perfectly fine then. It also looks like my account isn't connecting with Adobe when it shows me the preview. Let me know if you figure anything out

I fully uninstalled all my Adobe software and used the Adobe uninstaller to remvoe creative cloud. I then reinstalled Creative cloud and XD and it seems to be working now.

It took a long time though and now I have to reinstall all my other adobe software - really not an ideal solution. Also this is what I did last time, and then the issue started back up up again after a week or so. So i'm not expecting this will be a real solution.

I tried this, but it didn't seem to work for me. I also uninstalled it and restarted my computer, but to no avail.
