Can you freeze a layer in Adobe XD?

I'm designing an app that has it's menu buttons on the bottom. It's a content based app and when I scroll, I would like to have the menu buttons remain at the bottom as I scroll past new content. Is it possible to get this effect in Adobe XD?

If you don't know what I'm talking about, check out Twitter, Facebook, Quora, etc ( pretty much any feed based app).
