Cannot access adobexd on the desktop

Hi! I updated adobe xd in July, 2023. Ever since i could not open the software(it doesnt load), the logo shows up and it crash itself. I can access creative cloud but not adobe xd. I have my very important files in adobe which i want. I have tried uninstalling-installing, restarting my laptop but nothing helped. Please provide a solution to this.

Same. Keeps opening with 'recovered' images but the wheel is just static on the page and the programme will not do anything. Tried live chat and lost the will to live. Tried installing and reinstalling, updating etc. Still not able to get it to start up properly.
