Cannot access my cloud files

Hi, in the last few months I had been using my personal adobe XD account for work, this account was linked to my company profile. A few days ago, the license expired, my company paid for it, but once I had access to my files in the cloud again, none were there. Is there a way to recover the files, or at least download them locally? or, are some way to see which user and profile specifically owns them? The links are still online and available
