Cannot create, link and publish XD library after domain change

My organization changed the domain, but after that, I have major issues in linking and publishing XD library. I tried following steps, but it didn't fix yet.

 

Quit XD
Launch CCD (Creative Cloud Desktop app)
Press 'Cmd+Opt+T'  to close CCD processes
Launch CCD, XD
