Are your drivers up to date? Otherwise, the issue with Xd not showing up in apps has to be resolved through Adobe Support, it's not about requirements, but some sort of bug with some accounts not showing it for some reason. I assume you're on the CC All Apps subscription.

My drivers are up to date and I'm on the all apps subscription, gonna try to reach out thru Adobe Support, thanks for help.
