Cannot find and install Adobe XD from CC which is included in my plan

Hi for all.
I have a plan wich includes Adobe XD desktop app to install and use. 

But when I open my CC in web or desktop I can't see Adobe XD in all apps list. So I can't install and use it any way. Search says that's no results.
I have different tries to solve this issue, also log in to personal use account and result is the same. I can't see it. Also tried to open special link for Adobe XD, as reccomendation for previous posts on this topic, but this didn't help too.
