Cannot import, drag or copy and paste vectors or PNGs into XD

Having issues on existing and new XD docs - I cannot drag elements in from my libraries on the cloud, I cannot import items or copy and paste vectors from Ai - HELP!! Any ideas? I am up to date on all updates.

    Only trying to import supported items. Its only just started happening today - has always been fine before.

    Try a system reboot. If that does not work try deleting the XD app and installing it again. XD is the most amazing app when it works.

      What OS are you using to run XD? If Windows, your graphics card/driver?

      Have you tried the suggestions on the other posts/.

        hey! This only started happening today - never had the problem and have been using since 2019. Im running on 12.0.1
