Cannot install Adobe XD and I really need it immediately!

I recently moved from Windows (where I had Adobe XD) to a Macbook, and there is no way for me to download Adobe XD. 

When I search for it on Creative Cloud, it doesn't even exist, and when I somehow find it through links on internet, it says "Your country doesn't support this purchase". I tried creating new accounts with country set as United States and using VPN but nothing works. In the past it was so easy where I could just download it from Adobe website for free, now it is literally impossible.

I really need Adobe XD immediately because I have important work projects there. Please find me a solution ASAP.
