Cannot install XD, have an error "Your country doesn't support this purchase"

Hi. Can someone help me how to solve this issue? I have the Creative Cloud desktop but when I go to buy XD I get this message "Your country doesn't support this purchase". Previously I had the XD installed, but I have this issue since I needed to update to the latest version.
