Cannot install xd plugin

I cannot install any plugin into XD. When I attempt to install a plugin, I get the message "You're disconnected.  Check your internet connection."  My internet is working fine.

 

XD version is 35.3.12.2(Starter), Creative Cloud Sync 4.3.71.1
