cannot launch Adobe XD CC（Windows 10）

i'm using Windows 10 x64, after installed Adobe XD from CC, i cannot launch Adobe XD CC, the program flash for a few seconds and exit.

what should i do

    Hi Chaoxia,

    sorry that you are unable to launch Adobe XD after installing it from Adobe CC on your Windows 10 machine. Could you please share the OS build that you are working on. To get this information, please press Windows key + R, type winver and share the details.

    Thank you for the info. You are using a supported version of Windows.

    The one thing I would do is to ensure that all the graphic drivers on your device have been updated by visiting the manufacturer's site.
