cannot open a shared file

I am unable to open an XD file which was shared with me.
If I try to open it, I just get attached errors.
I seem to have two profiles for my account. One personal and one belonging to my company. One gets a "no permissions" error and one just a "cannot open" error.
I can change between profiles on Creative Cloud desktop but not for XD. I have to deinstall everything and install everything again.

I cannot find the document under: https://assets.adobe.com/shared# but then also, I can not switch profiles there. If I log in I am always logged in with my personal profile. Not the company one.
I am on mac 11.6
XD version 45.1.62.3
