i cant open my file, every time i try to open it appears

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble opening the file in XD. Would you mind telling us if it's a cloud file or local file? If it's a cloud, please try to open the file from here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

    If it's a local file, then if possible, please try to open the file on other machine and see if that helps.
