Cannot open XD file from Mac eventhough the XD on my laptop is the latest version

Hi,

My colleague sent me a XD file but I was not able to open it on the XD on my laptop which is already the latest version.

Any tips will be great! 🙂

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble, we'll try our best to help you with that. Could you please try creating a new document and try to open the file from there instead of the home screen or if you are on home screen please try opening using the shortcut ⌘ + Shift + O and let us know if you are able to open the file?
