Cannot open XD files when upgrade to V55.2.12

After the latest upgrade, some of my created files cannot be opened, showing the message "Sorry, we can't open this document"... and I also found some of the shared to me files also cannot be opened, it said I don't have permission but actually the owner have already shared that. How to resolve these problems? Thanks.

    Hi @Warner Wang, as I see in some other conversation, you might want to try @Preran's suggestion:

    "

    - Download Creative Cloud cleaner from this document Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

    - When using the CC cleaner choose the step to Fix the host file."
