Cannot save files created in Adobe XD version(21.2.12.3).

Hello, whenever I am opening and making any sample data in Adobe XD. It throws an error showing in the below image

Kindly help me how to resolve this as I cannot save the file in any location or any name. I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling as well and I don't want to switch my machine.

Hi Manisha,

We're sorry to hear you're facing trouble saving the file in XD. In addition to what Italo has mentioned, we'd like to know a few more details like:-

  • What is the OS and XD version of you?
  • Is it happening with a single file or all files?

Could you please try the solution mentioned in this article? Issue saving xd files to creative cloud and let us know if that helps.
