Cant Open Cloud Document

Hello, I can't open a document from the cloud and get this message.

"Sorry We Can't Open This Document"

I really really need help to solve this problem.

And the other thing is I still can open the document from my phone (through Adobe xd apps).

My xd version: 18.1.12.1 (starter), Creative Cloud Sync 4.2.1.51 and using windows. And I also attach my creative cloud preference.

Hi Sarahferdina,

Sorry that you're facing trouble with XD and unable to open the document. Would you mind opening it on another machine and check if that works? I would also request you to try the steps mentioned here: - Issue saving xd files to creative cloud​ and share the results.
