CC Libraries Truncating File Name in Apps

Hello there, I'm having an issue where image names when selected in a Library are truncated. See attached for the "selected" text above, and the actual file name below. This is occurring across multiple apps - I took a  a look at the CC library in Photoshop, and the same issue is persisting.

 

I first noticed the issue when I updated to the most recent version of XD 50.0.12.14 x64, Creative Cloud Sync 5.8.0.19

I've already attempted to uninstall and re-install XD on my system... any other ideas how to remedy this issue? I need the full name of the file to complete a task for a considerable number of images... so any ideas would be much appreciated!
