CC Library won't show up in XD , installer stuck at 81%

Libraries won't show up in XD. I used the CC cleaner to clean the libraries. It acts like it's working but the Libraries folder in my appdata directory. When I try to manually delete the folder, it says that I need permission - even though I'm doing it as an administrator and the permissions look fine.

Then when I try to install the CC Library installer, it just stalls at 81%.

    Hi there,

     

    We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind telling us if you're seeing this issue with XD or with other Adobe apps? Are you getting any error messages when you try to check libraries in XD? Did you restart the device and then tried installing the CC library installer to see if that helps.

     

    We're here to help, just need some help.

      Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing CC libraries in XD. Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the About XD info page? If possible, please record a video of your workflow for better understanding.
