Cloud document isn't syncing in XD

I can´t open my XD and i can see that problem have been going on for a while now. When can we expect to use the program?

I have now tried the following steps you rekomended and still no luck.
What do you suggest I should do now?

Thanks for sharing the requested info. Could you please try uninstalling XD and reinstalling XD and let us know if that helps?
