Cloud document won't open

When i click to open a cloud document, the progress bar gets stuck half way. I am not able to open the cloud documents.

    We are sorry for the delay in response. We would request you to please try to open the file from here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and see if you're able to open it.

     

    If that doesn't help, please try the steps suggested below-

     

    • Sign out from CCD
    • Open Activity Monitor/Task Manager
    • Kill Adobe Desktop Service
    • Kill CoreSync
    • Log in to Creative Cloud Desktop
    • Launch XD
