Cloud-Dokumente : Elemente können nicht geladen werden

Ich kann nicht meine Cloud Dokumente öffnen. Ich bekomme diese Fehlermeldung: "Fehler beim Laden der Elemente. Versuchen Sie später, diese Seite zu besuchen." Das Problem habe ich aber seit eine Woche.

Hi @ingam11170992 ,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

 

  • Sign out of XD & Creative Cloud Desktop app.
  • Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and check if you are able to open the files.

 

If this doesn't help, please share a few more details like:

 

  1.  A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  2. The version of the OS.
  3. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
