Question

CMS and Adobe XD..is it possible?

Hi All,

OK my problem is very simple and it revolves around publishing from XD to a live website..._

I'm close to finishing a website layout I created in Adobe XD and was going to export it directly to the domain address via the Anima app. As you know Anima converts XD files to CSS/HTML/REACT code.

I only realised a few days back that if the client wants to upload their own images or text to specific pages of the site they would need to go through me. Moving forward I would much rather give the client the autonomy via some kind of CMS. Is it possible for a developer to 'bolt on' a CMS to the Anima code I provide? It would only be for simple small business websites, so nothing complex.

If anyone knows how to do this, or can point me in the direction of someone who can, or weather this can be acheived through Anima/XD etc please let me know!!

Thanks

Matt

    Hi All,

I've had to post this on two different accounts, apologies if you've seen it twice!

I've designed a site in XD, and I intend on exporting it to Anima to generate the relevant CMS/REACT/HTML code which I will then publish directly to the domain.

The only problem is if the client wishes to upload new images or text to specific pages, they can't unless they go through me (as far as I know). I'd much rather give the client the autonomy and have them log in to a Content Management System of sorts to upload content. Is there any way a developer can 'bolt on' a CMS to the code I would be able to supply so a client can login in and make image/text changes?

As I say the only content that would require changing, if any, would be text and image (like on a gallery page for example) and it would be for simple small business websites not complex ones like e-commerce.

    thanks guys
