Co editing - text and elements showing up different for users

Hello! 

I am currently working with 3 other people on an XD-project in co editing mode. We are experiencing an issue with text showing up differently for all the users, i.e. centered in a box for some, toward the bottom for other etc. We all have the right font activated and I believe we all have the latest version of XD installed. It's hard for us to make the work look finished and coherent with this problem. Does anyone know a fix to this issue? Could the issue be that some are on Windows and some on Mac?
