Code: 61 when creating new document

I have this same problem....can't create any new artboards. Version 13 works fine...really bummed but still a great product. Windows 10 machine.

    Hey shawnstarr​ -

    Sorry to hear you're hitting this problem! We're digging into this problem right now, but I'm curious whether or not you used symbols in the project you're having problems with. Also, is XD installed on a drive outside of C:?

    Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have my apps installed on C:. I have not used any symbols yet, as i can not even create a new artboard or file.
