[Collaboration]-Unable to sync documents to cloud in XD.

I can't sync properly my documents in the cloud. I can't even work because my managers can't see the XD documents updated. Most of my documents have an error at 90% or they take forever to just sync. I only have this slow thing with Adobe XD.
