[Collaborators] Xd Cloud should also allow collaborators create/update link..maybe share ownership

When collaborating with my team..It gets difficult to update or create a link from the same cloud Xd file.

It creates confusion on multiples files created or delays to ask the owner to update.
It will be great to have this feature added for better collaboration across the team.
