Color Picker Spectrum Bugged

As you can see the color picker is a bit sick today. It's been like that since I've got my new monitor, which is BenQ PD2700

Attached are my specs, more here.

It doesn't fix if I plug off the screen or drag the window to the secondary, which was my main for a while and it worked just fine.

Latest Windows, Adobe XD, Nvidia Studio drivers, monitor drivers. Monitor mode is sRGB, but switching it won't help. Also, I tried playing with various settings in Nvidia CP, including color depth, output color format, color depth, and dynamic range.
