Colour not translating correctly from library - bug

I have a source style guide document that I use when designing for my platform. This includes saved colours, and applied colours for character styles. My documents are all using the up-to-date library but there is a bug; there is one colour that shows correct hex code, but incorrect colour. How do I fix this when the code itself is correct in the source file?

Does that happen with a specific color or all the colors? Please share the OS and the XD versions of your machine.
