Comments gone

Question

We published a design in design review mode. Our QA person spent time going through and making comments. We switched to presentation mode and than back to design review only to find our comments gone. The comment window does not appear at all no matter how may times I update the link. It's stuck in presentation mode.

Hi, Please change the View setting of link to Design review again and do update link. And check the updated link . Hope it should work. Regards,Anita Subedi

Sorry to hear you are unable to see the comments window in the share link. Would you mind trying to sign out of XD, Creative Cloud, sign back in, restart the machine and then sign back in?
