Comments on prototype not working

When I add a comment to a prototype the text sits in its text container in the comment section and the pin sits where I placed it. However, when I share this as a link the comment is gone. When I open the prototype from CC the comment is gone. It only works one time when I'm actually placing the comment but it does not save with the prototype.

Sorry for the inconvenience that it has caused to you. Could you please share the exact workflow so that we can try to replicate the behavior. Is it happening with any specific file or it happening with all the files.

Please try to create a simpler file and try to repeat the same workflow and share the results.

Please stop evaluating bugs and error by the factor of you trying to re-create the same thing. As we have seen hundreds of times bugs do not necessary occur symmetric. XD is buggy, thus trying to create the same error on a different setup is kinda pointless cause so many times you return a "I wasn't able to create this error" message, meaning what? That all is fine and dandy? The comments doesn't save with the project. As described.

I totally agree with your point here Perrybrus, not every bug is reproducible. The only reason we ask for the workflow is if we could reproduce it at our end the possibility to diagnose the root cause and share the workaround increase.

In this specific situation, I would like to know if there were any major changes done to the file after posting the comments. Like, saving, changing the artboards name and etc.

I would also like to know if just the text from the comments is missing or it's as a freshly published prototype? It would be great if you could share the link of the prototype using a private message.
