Content disappearing while coediting in Adobe XD

In the last week all my XD boards have been glitching a lot- the page will suddenly refresh, and images and text i have added disappears- internet connection is fine- collaborating with other users- anyone know why??

    I'm having the same issue, it's unbearable to work this way with everything not syncing and being removed in seconds after placing something. Felt that this issue came up after updating to the latest version. (12.6.3)

    Thank you for reaching out. To better understand your issue, we need more information on the issue you are experiencing in Adobe XD like:

     

    1. The version of OS.
    2. A screenshot of the About XD info page.
    3. Do you see any error messages, or is the program crashing?
    4. Is this happening at random or when performing specific actions?
    5. Are you collaborating with other users in Adobe XD, and if so, are they experiencing similar issues?

     

    These details will help me better assess the issue and help you accordingly.

    1. OS 12.6.3

    2.  XD info below

    3. No error message, the little cloud just has a cross next to it even though the internet connection is good

    4. It's happening constantly, trying to upload/add content, and the page suddenly refreshes and it disappears 

    5. yes collaborating, and yes similar issues, affecting the whole team
