Hey guys,

I'm looking for a solution of a problem and the Acrobat community coulnd't help me.

I built a webdesign-layout in XD and now want to use that layout as a acrobat form.

The idea behind: That way my client can write his content directly in the layout (via the Acrobat form).

Bu I could not manage to convert the XD Text elements in form fields automatically. What I did is: I exportet the  XD design as PDF and opened it in Acrobat with prepare form. Usually Acrobat should then recognize all form fields/text elements automatically, but it don't work. Maybe I can change something in XD, so that it works?

Any Ideas?

Thx a lot!

BR Sebastian

I would suggest formally requesting this feature using https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests

Currently HTML export is handled via third-party plugins, so another option might be using the plugin system to do this.
