Could not activate Adobe XD

Hi,

I reinstalled my Windows 10 and as I reinstalled Adobe XD it won't activate anymore.

I downloaded the setup -> started it -> logged in with my Google Account and wait for the installation to finish. On first startup it says Adobe XD couldn't activate (Reinstall etc. also didn't helped). I already installed a VM on my PC to test if it's working with a VM and it did. I also checked the Firewall or services which could be needed for activation.

I got a custom Windows 10 and I don't know if I missing any needed components which are in default Windows 10.

    Hi Lukas,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try downloading the Adobe CC Desktop app using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Once it has been downloaded, then download Adobe XD from the CC app and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.

    Regards
