Couldn't install plugin. Error code - 7

Please help, I've been struggling with this error all day today. Communicated with support - did not help to solve the error. Reinstalled several times. Rebooted the computer. Gave access to computer support.

I'm from Ukraine. I don't know why the plugin doesn't install.

I get the same error for Anima installation. That can be a problem with server IMHO
