I'm getting the spinning beach ball when trying to create a new project using the Web template. I've tried several times but it remained frozen - even after waiting up to 15 minutes - and I had to force quit each time. Running version 27.0.12 (Starter)

System specs:

MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2013)

1.7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 M

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble creating a project in XD. Would you mind trying the steps mentioned in this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-saving-xd-file-creative-cloud.html? If that doesn't help, would you mind telling if it's happening with cloud document or local document? Are you getting any error message when creating a new doucment?

We will try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika
