Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB - Cannot Instal Adobe XD

Today I noticed that Adobe XD had lock icon on its logo. I removed the app thinking that there is some error there. Now I cannot see it on my app list, only as a buy & try option alongside with Substance 3D modeler etc.. In accout settings -> plan details -> Adobe XD is listed as a part of plan, plan that I have for years now.
