Creative cloud files are missing

Hi everyone,

Today I opened my adobe XD to work on my portfolio. My adobe XD file is missing. I still have the published link, but not my file. Is there someone who knows what to do? I read other forums, but I can't figure it out. I didn't delete my file.

Please also ensure you're logged in with the same account from which you've created these files.

    Thank for checking the file on the web. Please also check the file in the deleted folder as well: https://assets.adobe.com/deleted. If you still don't see the files, we would request you to please try the below steps:-

     

    • Sign out of XD and Adobe CC Desktop app.
    • Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
    • Sign back in on the Adobe CC Desktop app and launch Adobe XD from there and check again if it works or not.
