"CreativeSDK AppService Client" Using high CPU

On windows 10 running XD 43.0.12.14, there is a sub-process of XD CreativeSDKAppServiceClient.exe that is constantly running at high CPU usage.

As I sit here with adobe XD idle, it is using 3-5% of CPU doing nothing at all.

I can constantly hear my CPU fan working because of it.

I have the same issue, in my case, it's 15% CPU on idle which is ridiculous!

Also, if you kill the process CreativeSDKAppServiceClient.exe it crashes XD.

What is this process? What is it doing that is running the CPU constantly while idle? Why do I need it?
