Currently working through an XD course and this morning XD it is not available on my cloud apps?

I have the Creative all apps plan, have been using XD to learn UX / UI.

Open up creative cloud this morning and XD is there but as a 'buy now' option?

I'm not about to buy again what I've already paid for through subs every month, what on earth is going on?
