Good afternoon,

Just started learning about XD. If there's a dark mode for it, I'm unable to find it. Does anyone know if that's planned for the future or am I missing a preference somewhere?

Thanks,

Currently, Adobe XD does not have a dark mode. This has been requested for some time via the Adobe UserVoice site (https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/12940362-dark-interface-overall-ui-including-side-panels).

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. Adobe XD continues to be in maintenance mode. This means that we’re not investing in ongoing development or shipping new features within the product. For more details, please check this article.

Thanks

why adobe think people will wait for them to create dark mode and did not uninstall xd and use Figma ?

Since XD is basically in maintenance mode, I would never expect to see it. I recommend switching to a solution that is actively being developed,

Do you think it is safe to assume that if their Figma deal goes through they'll be officially discontinuing XD?

Yup another XD update today and they still haven't implemented dark mode. What a pathetic joke.

The fact that this is still not available in a USER INTERFACE DESIGN tool is just the ultimate depiction of Adobes current state... Unbelievable...
