default state is changing with hover state

When i change my hover state for instance: i want a button to become bigger the default state is following the resizing or the placement how to fix that?

i go to hover and try to resize it

then the default state is changing as well it changes placement

same goes to opacity when i change opacity in the first state the second states follows

    Thank you for reaching out. Are you trying to create a button like this? If yes, once you're in hover state, please double click on the component to go into isolation mode then make the changes. Let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
