[Design]-Adding objects to master components

It would be awesome if I could add objects (text, shapes, etc.) to master components and have that added to all instances of that component. Maybe this is already a feature, but the fact you can't click and drag objects into the master component group in the layer nav is pretty annoying.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing feedback. Yes, as of now, we don't have an option to click and drag objects into an existing component however I did found a similar discussion in which a workaround has been shared. Please refer to this discussion: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/cannot-add-layers-to-existing-component/td-p/10522793?page=1

Let us know if this works or if you need any further assistance.

Regards
