Question

[Design]-How to unmark Home artboard in XD?

How can I share all artboards if I have a home artboard marked, and without going over the entire file to link the artboards?

Is it possible to unmark the home button (not change the home, but to not have any artboard set as home)?

Hi All,

We are sorry for the frustration and understand your concern. The team is aware of the issue and is working on it. You may see the improvements in the future releases of XD.

We would be happy to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi, at our team we found out only one working way of doing so - you need to make sure that there are no links left in your file, then select all the artboards, cut them and paste back.
To Adobe XD team: please revisit this feature (sharing). At the moment it looks like you come with only one straight forward scenario of the sharing process. But there is a lot of the feedback that this is far from optimal.
People are looking for:
- An easy way of publishing of one or several artboards (the recent solution, with dancing around the home button and the links, is not counting);
- History of the updates for each artboard;
- An easy way of switching between prototype-based and artboard based sharing.
