Design Specs Not Syncing

I have a XD file with 30 artboards. These are publishing to both prototypes and design specs. I added 5 artboards to the file (copied / pasted from another file). The new artboards are not showing up in either the published prototype or design specs. I recreated the boards from scratch with the same result.

Frustrated.
