Design Specs vs prototype features

When I publish files in Design Specs I have none of these features. I really miss the ability to receive comments in Design Specs - have I overlooked anything? Many developers are looking for the opportunity to discuss things in design specs. Or place comments. Would also be great to assign passwords to files I share in Design Specs!
