I can't drag and paste images to my art board in Adobe xd

Judging from the screenshots, you're trying to drag the file while you were using the Import command and dialogue. It's either dragging, or using the command and dialogue (selecting the file and hitting the Import button) – not both !

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Would you mind trying the same on any other machine? We would also suggest checking the latest update to your graphic card driver and share the results with us.

    Thank you for using Adobe XD, Could you please share the following information,so that we can try from our end :

    > OS : Windows/ mac.

    >XD Version 

    > In which scenario Your not able to drag and drop the imgaes into XD.

      Windows 10...
      When I try to import images into a particular box in the art board, I can't exactly drag a particular image that I want to use into a particular box I need it to be in, in the art board...... the drag and drop function won't work, it will show a little red crossed circle..... or a black one

      Hi Jeccoj,

       

      We are sorry to hear you are having trouble copy pasting of dragging dropping the images into XD. I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end may be I am missing something. Would you mind sharing a short video of the workflow so that we can understand better? Are you working on the latest version of XD?
