[Design]-Unable to paste appearance from one XD file to another.

Hi, I'm trying to use the "Paste Appearance" option to transfer styles from button to button, but nothing works for me, my actions are:

I have two files open, my layout and stickersheet material-design

1. Copy the button (ctrl + c) from material stickersheet

2. Use ctrl + v, paste the button into my layout, then select my button and click "Paste Appearance"

3. Nothing happens.

BUT. If I create 2 buttons in my layout, I can freely transfer styles from the first to the second.

 

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks

    Hi! When I try to use the "Paste Appearance" option on Windows 10 it transfers only the color of the button from material design, not all the details (for example shadows and rounded corners), as it does on the Mac. It's so sad that AdobeXD doesn't have all the characteristics that it should have on Windows.

      • Is it happening with all the components or assets that you try to paste with appearance or with a specific object?

      HI, windows 10 , the same problem with "paste appearance" material design buttons.
